Connecting Elite Military Talent to Civilian Opportunity

Certified Service-Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprise badge for Navoba, a veteran-owned business recognized by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association.

Military Grade Solutions provides recruiting services that bridge the gap between Veterans and civilian companies. We give professional candidate analysis, work ethic, and relational leadership that benefits the partners we work with. Though we specialize in Veteran hiring, we focus on finding the best candidates for the job.

Military Grade Solutions is proud to work with the Pittsburgh Technology Council. We focus on the tristate area of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, but are looking to expand to other parts of the Country.

Veteran Experience

After 34 years of service to the nation in the U.S. Army, I want to provide a service to my community. I enjoy helping Veterans find positions with companies that share their same values and work ethic. I also help non-veterans connect to positions.

Testimonials

Thank you for coming in and discussing your move from military service to the civilian workforce. I plan on referencing the transition timeline you shared to help me plan my next steps as I get closer to life outside of the military. -Jason

We’ve seen exceptional results from veteran hiring, with many of our veteran hires not simply meeting expectations, but exceeding performance goals. Lance Oskey and team @Military Grade Solutions have been particularly effective partners in connecting us with high-caliber veterans whose leadership, discipline, adaptability, and bias for execution translate remarkably well into the business environment. A strong reminder of the competitive advantage this talent pool can bring to an organization. - Maria w/Coen Markets
