Meet the Founder.

I Founded Military Grade Solutions in 2025 with the mission to help veterans seamlessly transition to the civilian world.

Throughout my 34 years of service in the United States Army, including three combat tours in the Middle East and service in multiple leadership roles, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to lead, develop, and empower others. My experience taught me how to recognize potential, build strong teams, and help those around me take the next step toward achieving their goals.

Now my goal is to use that experience to help veterans find their next career that aligns similar values and benefits from their experience and talents.
